A coaching relationship is built on a foundation of mutual respect, open communication, and a shared commitment to the client's goals and aspirations.

To get the maximum benefit from your coaching sessions, please acknowledge the following:

1.    Learning
Coaching is a continuous process of learning and self-discovery. Coaches facilitate the exploration of new perspectives, ideas, and skills that empower clients to overcome challenges and achieve their objectives. The willingness to embrace a learning mindset is crucial for both the coach and the client.

2.    Willingness
A successful coaching experience requires a high level of willingness from the client to engage in the process. This includes being open to feedback, trying new approaches, and stepping out of one's comfort zone. Willingness to explore and take action is essential for personal and professional growth.

3.    Honesty
Honesty is the bedrock of a coaching relationship. Clients need to be open and truthful about their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. This transparency enables the coach to provide relevant guidance and support. Coaches, in turn, must be honest and direct in their communication, fostering a safe and trusting environment.

4.    Trust
Trust is fundamental in any coaching relationship. Clients must trust that the coach has their best interests at heart and is committed to helping them achieve their goals. Coaches, on the other hand, must trust in the client's capacity for growth and change. Building and maintaining trust requires consistent communication, reliability, and confidentiality.

5.    Client Characteristics
Successful coaching clients often possess qualities such as self-awareness, resilience, and a commitment to personal development. They are proactive in seeking solutions, taking responsibility for their actions, and are open to self-reflection. The coach-client partnership thrives when both parties share a common understanding of the client's values, aspirations, and vision for the future.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The coaching journey is based on trust and respect. The client's privacy is crucial, and everything discussed stays between the coach and the client. The magic happens when the client feels comfortable sharing anything, knowing it will not be shared with anyone else. All coaching conversations are held in strict confidence, and the coaching relationship will not be disclosed without obtaining the client's written permission. The client is at liberty to share the coach's identity if they deem it appropriate. 

AGREEMENT

By purchasing coaching services, the client agrees to the following in addition to the above agreements:

  • I recognize that coaching is not therapy or counseling and I do not expect that it will provide any guaranteed results.

  • I understand that information will be held as confidential.

  • I understand that the coach does not offer advice and will not tell me what I "should" do.

  • I understand that the main role of the coach is to offer a safe space to listen without judgement and ask questions that help me discover what I need.

  • I understand that Voxer support is available between sessions. I can send a message to the coach at any time, and will receive a response within 24 hours, Monday-Friday.

  • I agree to meet with the coach at the pre-arranged time and place as scheduled. Both the coach and the client agree to make any cancellations at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

  • I understand that if I do not show up to a session, it cannot be rescheduled or refunded. 

  • I agree to the terms of the payment plan and understand that if I miss a payment, I will not be able to attend a session until payments are current. 

IMPORTANT: After your payment is complete, these terms will be sent to you in a contract. The contract must be signed and returned before the first session is held.
